Why is my transaction still processing?
If your operator is experiencing technical difficulties and is unable to complete the top-up, we'll keep trying to send your order every 15 min. During this time, your order status will be Processing.
How long will this take?
We’ll try to process your recharge for 6 hours.
What happens if the operator cannot complete the transaction?
If the operator is unable to resolve the technical issues during this time, your transaction will fail. Don't worry! If this happens, we will issue a refund automatically.
How can I check the status of my top-up?
You can always review the status of your transaction in your account, in the History section.
Can I cancel the transaction?
Yes, if you would prefer to cancel your top-up you can contact our Customer Care team and they’ll be happy to assist you.
What can I do if I made a mistake with the top-up details?
If you have entered the wrong number or selected the wrong operator and your transaction is still processing, you can reach out to our Customer Care team and they will cancel the order for you.
